Set in the picturesque Yarra Valley, Bianchet Winery and Vineyard has been producing unique and interesting wines since it was established in 1976. The old vines are dry-grown and hand tended to produce wines of quality and character. Sour cherry and roast nuts on the nose. The palate shows juicy acidity and fine drying fruit tannins supported by the use of light and medium toast French oak. Winemaker – Lindsay Corby
