Very pleased to be one of two Gold medals (95 points) awarded to Yarra Valley entrants in the James Halliday Australian Cabernet Challenge judged 7-9 Sept 2020. Following 93 and 92 points in the 2019 Victorian Wine Show and Halliday Wine Companion 2021 respectively, this gold medal is a good culmination for this wine. Personally, I just enjoy drinking it, and we shouldn't forget that most important aspect of wine.

Labels finally on bottles, look for on-line specials. 6 wines form the Bianchet Vineyard. It is pleasing how the vines are responding to proper care and attention with good crops, but more exciting, good flavours as you would expect from old dry grown vines.

In light of recent restrictions Cosmo Wines @ Bianchet Winery will be open for sales only, no tastings until further notice. We are currently nearing the end of harvest so hope to conclude the season without interruption. Crops are down a bit but the flavours are good and the wines are showing promise. Call by and check the Cellar specials.
