Set in the picturesque Yarra Valley, Bianchet Winery and Vineyard has been producing unique and interesting wines since it was established in 1976.
The old vines are dry-grown and hand tended to produce wines of quality and character.
This classic blend shows black olive with some spice on the nose. On the palate, spice and toasty French oak combine with fine lingering tannins. Great with rack of lamb, or roast duck.
