Set in the picturesque Yarra Valley, Bianchet Winery and Vineyard has been producing unique and interesting wines since it was established in 1976. The old vines are dry-grown and hand tended to produce wines of quality and character. Dried plums and dates on the nose with chewy lingering tannins on the palate. Only 450 bottles produced.
